The movie revolves around a group of active duty US Navy SEALs. The Navy SEALs can call to duty at any time anywhere in the world for any reason. The operators per granted a mission to rescue a CIA operative being held by a drug cartel. In the CIA operative path information leading to an ongoing investigation of a bombing attack in the Philippines. With this new information the US Navy seal team can figure out what the next step in that terrorism plan to disrupt the USA is.
When it comes the plot line the film. It could've been ripped out of today's headlines. I did love the pace of the film. To me it is not get bogged down in the middle of most movies do. I really love the action the film from a live fire shooting scenes. One interesting fact in the cinematography I liked was the first person shooter style. It almost feel like you're inside a videogame of those parts with the film. What really demonstrated the live fire action is wondered extracting the CIA operative, from the water into the gunboats.
When it come to the acting of this film. Who really gives a great performance for the wives left on base. They will show the emotional level that not knowing if their loved ones are coming back or when. When it comes to music and in the movie it has a country flavor feel too it. But from the trailer you think it's all Grammy hip-hop it's not.
So in conclusion if you're looking for a fast paced shoot them up goes the "Act of Valor" 3 stars.
