Biutiful Reveiw

The movie is about father trying to get all of his affairs in order before his death. Uxbal (Javier Bardem) is a man who works and lives in the gray area of life. After seeing the doctor due to a pain he has. The doctor tells him he has cancer. He found out he doesn't have alot of time left to get ready. In the little time he has left he tries to make sure his kids will be taken care of. Their mother is a "message therapist"  who works all hours of the night. Uxbal can see the spirit of the dead. Because one who is close to death can see the other side. The more that Uxbal tries to do good the more it goes wrong for him. The directing was great. I really like the silence parts of the movie. If you dont like subtitle this movie its not for you. It's not a happy go lucky film.

Girls Line: Javier Bardem  is in the movie.
Guys Line: Powerful moving movie what a father will do for this kids.

3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

Running Time: 147 min.

MPAA Rating: Rated R for disturbing images, language, some sexual content, nudity and drug use.

The Rite Review

Michael Kovak(Colin O'Donoghue) , a mortician turned priest who doubts the existence of anything in his life. He is sent to the Vatican to study exorcism as the number of them increase across the world and his priest thinks it can jump start his faith.  He is introduced to Father Lucas Trevant ( Anthony Hopkins) that from beginiing of meeting it seems where he is faking the exorcisms but when a pregnant teen becomes possessed it becomes clear that there is evil in the world It  is actually worth seeing.I love horror genre and this is a great movie. Anthony Hopkins did a excellent job and it did have some funny parts like him answering the phone in the middle of an exorcism. Some parts did have me spooked .

Girls Line: scary movie so u can cuddle with your man.
Guyz Line: The movie will have your lady cuddle up with you.

4 out of 5 stars

Running Time: 2 hr. 7 min.

MAPP Rating: PG-13 for disturbing thematic material, violence, frightening images, and language including sexual references.
